What should I mention?
To speed up the dialogue, please consider including the following information in your first message:

Same deal. no response to the tickets, days ago. They rejected the exchange after my DOGECOIN were transferred to them. SO now I have no Ethereum or DOGECOIN. With no response, seems crooked.

This seems to be more of a scam now. can't understand why an instant exchange will be taking hours. Why then is it instant.
