Does ChangeNOW require registration?

ChangeNOW doesn’t require any registration. We are a non-custodial platform that does not rely on mandatory accounts.

ChangeNOW Pro

An exception to this rule is our ChangeNOW Pro. It is an optional feature that allows you to sign up for a PRO account. Once your account is verified, you will be able to enjoy various perks and benefits, including the ability to monitor your exchange history.

AML/KYC

ChangeNOW uses an automated risk management system to check all transactions and stop ones that are deemed suspicious. Each case is considered individually.

According to European AML directives, KYC regulations and platform requirements, if your exchange is stopped for verification, we will ask you to provide certain documents.

Note that you have the option to refuse to participate in the KYC process, in which case you will receive a refund to the originating address. This option is considered individually in each case. You can check this possibility with our support team.
