Can I receive a refund?

ChangeNOW can process refunds under certain circumstances. Unfortunately, due to the specifics involved, we cannot provide a definitive list of situations where a refund is guaranteed.

In some cases a refund is impossible:

1. The order is finished, and the exchanged funds are on chain.
2. The order passed the exchange stage partially or completely.
3. Deposited amount is less than our network fee for the corresponding asset.
4. We were not able to gain access to unsplit BCH/BSV coins or funds that are not supported by our system. 

Always make sure to check in with our support team to find out if we can issue a refund for your exchange.

Important!  By default, your refund will be issued to the address from which we received the funds.
