ChangeNOW Integration guide

First steps.

1. Register a partner account on ChangeNOW.io
2. Find your API key in Dashboard > Profile settings > Account details
3. Integrate one of our exchange solutions:

Make sure your commission is set at the desired level!

By default, your affiliate fee is 0.4% but you can change it anytime by sending a request to your BD manager or support. You can also customize your fee for specific assets/pairs/exchange flows.

Enable additional features.

• Fixed rate

  • Helps to avoid market volatility by freezing the rate for 20 minutes: during this period, the user needs to send the deposit.

  • Enabled by default

• Enable push & refund

  • Allows users to push and refund transactions that are pending due to unexpected fluctuations in the exchange rate or when deposits are sent to the wrong network

  • Please note: the feature is available only through API. To enable this feature, please contact your BD manager or support

• Fiat buy/sell

  • Allows users to buy & sell crypto with fiat money through our provider Guardarian. Please note: this feature is available only for registered companies and requires KYB.

  • Please note: the feature is available only through API or widget. You can submit a KYB request in Dashboard > Let your users buy & sell crypto
