If you created your exchange through our mobile application, your exchange will be automatically added to your exchange history. It is stored only on your device and will be removed after you delete the app.
You can find your exchange in the “History” tab, as seen on the screenshot:
By tapping on the exchange you can open a new page to check the exchange’s progress:
Here you can copy your exchange ID or deposit address. If you contact support from the exchange page, our team should get your ID automatically.
