How do I track my exchange’s progress?

Tracking your exchange in the ChangeNOW mobile app is automatic and straightforward.

Whenever you create an exchange through the app, it is instantly added to your History tab.

How your history is saved depends on how you use the app:

• Without an account (non-custodial mode): Your exchange history is stored locally on your device. Please note that if you delete the app, this history will be removed.
• With a personal account in ChangeNOW Pro: If you are logged in, your history is securely synced to your account. You can reinstall the app or switch devices without losing your exchange records.

Checking the Progress 

By tapping on any specific transaction in the History tab, you will open the details page to track its progress in real time.

From this screen, you can easily copy your Exchange ID or Deposit Address. 

If you ever need assistance, you can contact our support team directly from this page - the app will automatically attach your Exchange ID to your message, helping us resolve your query much faster.
