Withdrawals are processed individually for each asset on the Balance page.

2FA requirement for security

Please note: Two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory for withdrawals to ensure account security. If 2FA is not enabled, you will see this:

You can activate or deactivate 2FA in Settings.

Withdrawal process step-by-step

1. Enable 2FA (if not already active).
2. Go to Balance, select your asset, and click Withdraw.

3. A confirmation will appear.

   

4. Enter the destination address → You’ll be redirected to Confirm withdrawal

   • First authentication step: Enter the email confirmation code.
   • Second step: Provide the 2FA code from your authenticator app.
   • The address will be whitelisted automatically in this step.

   

5. After both steps are completed, your withdrawal will be processed securely.
   
   

• Whitelisting adds an extra security layer — mandatory for first-time withdrawals to a new address.
• 2FA codes are time-sensitive — ensure quick entry to avoid expiration.
