When you create a fiat-to-crypto purchase order, an email is sent to you asking for proof of identity or card ownership. This email is sent to you by our third-party partner service, Simplex. You will need this email to proceed with your purchase.
If you are sure that you have not received a verification request, please kindly double-check your email inbox and spam folders. If you have had multiple emails from Simplex in regard to verification, they might be grouped up. Please check if the latest verification email is not threaded to any previous communication from Simplex.
Also please kindly note that you can find those threads by using the search function in the inbox and searching for various keywords, such as:
– Your payment ID (this is is the long string of letters and numbers sent you in the confirmation email)
