How do I track my swap’s progress?

After you create your swap, you will be automatically taken to the swap page.

The string of letters after txs/ is your swap’s ID. You will also be able to find your swap ID here:

Awaiting deposit

We are waiting for you to send us your funds. If you’re confident that you’ve already sent the funds to the correct address, but the status remains, please contact our support team with your swap’s ID and your deposit hash.

Waiting for exchange

Your swap is being processed. Normally it takes around 10-20 minutes to process a swap.
